Please return the packet and the verification form each time a day is missed. Your child will not be given an excused absence for these days unless we have the completed packet and verification form signed and returned. We will allow a couple extra days for extenuating circumstances. Please return the folder and any unused worksheets on Parent Teacher Conference Day in March.
